Bio:
Bob is a founding partner of Carter Godbout & Associates having previously served as a Senior Vice President with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate for 23 years. Prior to that service, he was Vice President of Koger Properties, Inc. , a Nationally acclaimed real estate development firm specializing in suburban office product. Bob was instumental in the development of the Norfolk Koger Executive Center serving Koger for almost 20 years. Bob and his wife of 46 years (Kathy) reside in Princess Anne Hills on Virginia Beach's North End. Bob is a 1969 graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta and is an active member of the community in many civic minded endevors.
